All listed policies and terms are only for Life Rescue and not any third party provider, certifying agencies, private companies or partners.

DISCOUNTS (Only one discount per receipt)
For all discounts please contact Life/Rescue Consulting directly, information is on our contact form. An electronic invoice will be sent with a discount on it.
10% DISCOUNT :
STUDENT, MILITARY, FIRE DEPT, POLICE, EMS, ALBERTA HEALTH, HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS (current proof required)
5% GROUP DISCOUNT:
6-8 PEOPLE
10% GROUP DISCOUNT:
9-13 PEOPLE
15% GROUP DISCOUNT:
14-18 PEOPLE

DISCOUNTS ARE NOT PROVIDED FOR Advanced First Aid, ITLS courses, Instructor courses, or any products or services by partner agencies/companies.

Point of Sale
If you require credit card Point Of Sale payment please directly contact Life/Rescue Consulting, 3% will be added to receipt/Invoice. Any discounts given will be verified on the day of the course, picture I.D must be present of the person identifying themselves for a specific discount. I.D such as Student, Military, Fire, Police, EMS, Alberta Health Etc. Only one discount eligible per student.

REFUNDS BLENDED/ONLINE COURSES
For booking of any course with any Online or Blended portion, a 50% deposit/payment is required for booking/reservation which is non-transferable and non-refundable. (cost of setup, administration and E-materials of course)

REFUNDS IN-PERSON COURSES
7 days (168 hours) from the course start cancellation notice via email to kgrasley@life-rescue.ca for a 100% refund. 3 days (72 hours) from course start send a cancellation notice via email to kgrasley@life-rescue.ca for a 75% refund. Less than 3 days (72 hours) notice of cancellation will result in no refund. All equipment rentals must be secured with a credit card deposit. All equipment must be returned without any damage; any damage will result in the cost of replacement equipment.

Booking/Cancellation Policy
Courses start at a specific time, if you are late for your course start time by more than 15 minutes, it will be assumed that you have failed to appear for the course. Life/Rescue Consulting reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses at any time. If Life/Rescue Consulting cancels or reschedules the course due to weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Life/Rescue Consulting, you are entitled to a full refund, however, Life/Rescue Consulting is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellation. If Life/Rescue Consulting cancels a course in which you are enrolled, every effort will be made to reschedule your course in a timely manner.

By submitting comments or requests, you agree and understand that the personal information you provide will be shared with those members in Life/Rescue Consulting who have the authority to respond and/or act on the submission and/or request.
Should you decide to voluntarily tell us about your experience, share your stories, your ideas, your suggestions, your questions, correspondence, comments, creative ideas or graphic images, these submissions become the property of Life/Rescue Consulting, and Life/Rescue Consulting shall be free to use the submission on an unrestricted basis for any purpose whatsoever. All submissions you provide must comply with copyright and international law. Should Life/Rescue Consulting select your submission to be shared for the purpose of building awareness of the importance of our programs and services, you consent to share your first name and province, together with the submission. Should any other information be required from you, an authorized Life/Rescue Consulting member will contact you directly. As a courtesy, Life/Rescue Consulting will advise you by email that your submission has been selected for use by Life/Rescue Consulting.
It is not necessary to submit any personal information. You may contact us directly at any time by phone or by email.

Tracking Website Visits
The IP (Internet Protocol) addresses of computers (servers) become part of our statistical analysis on the use of our website using web analytic tools so we may better design services and improve access to them. However, the Life/Rescue Consulting cannot gain personally identifiable information on individual users and associate them with IP addresses.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, Life/Rescue Consulting has implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information Life/Rescue Consulting collects online.
